Hello there.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.

Settle in and then gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Focusing on the natural rhythm of your breath.

Take your time traveling with your breath.

Noticing how it naturally ebbs and flows.

How your kind attention helps it deepen and soften.

When it feels right,

I invite you to start visualizing a peaceful beach at sunrise.

The sky is painted with soft hues of pink and orange and the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore soothes you.

The air is fresh and invigorating.

You feel safe and at ease.

As you walk along the shore,

You notice a small secluded cove up ahead.

Follow the path to this cove.

Knowing it leads you to a place of peace and healing.

As you reach the cove,

You find a comfortable chair facing the ocean.

Sit down and take in the beauty around you.

The ocean represents the vastness of emotions and experiences.

Both yours and your loved ones.

Gently close your eyes and place your hands on your heart.

Visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.

Filling you with a sense of strength and calm.

This light represents your inner strength and resilience.

Allow it to fill your entire being,

Reaffirming your ability to support your loved one while also caring for yourself.

On the next breath,

Affirm to yourself,

I am here for my loved one with compassion and understanding,

But I am not responsible for their journey.

I honor my own needs and emotions,

Knowing that my well-being is essential for both of us.

I can support my loved one while also prioritizing my own health and happiness.

Imagine the golden light expanding from your heart,

Creating a protective bubble around you.

This bubble allows you to offer support and empathy without absorbing the pain and struggles of your loved one.

Visualize the light filtering through the bubble,

Transforming any heavy emotions into light,

Allowing them to be released into the ocean.

Now turn your attention to the horizon.

You see a small boat appearing on the water.

You watch the boat with love and care,

Knowing that you can offer guidance and support without boarding the boat yourself.

You are a lighthouse providing steady light to the boat.

On the next breath,

Affirm to yourself,

I am a beacon of support and strength for my loved one,

But I maintain my own space and boundaries.

I deserve to live a fulfilling and balanced life,

Even as I support those I care about.

I can better serve and support my loved one.

Feel the warmth of the sun rising higher in the sky,

Filling you with renewed energy and clarity.

Know that you can return to this place of tranquility and strength whenever you need to.

Always remember,

You are a source of love and support,

But it is essential to prioritize your own wellbeing.

By doing so,

You strengthen your ability to help those around you while maintaining your own health and happiness.
