Hello everyone.

I'd like you now to find a comfortable place to start adjusting to that comfortable posture,

Taking a few deep breaths to center you more into this moment.

Continue to focus on your breathing and try to let go of any thoughts or distractions that may come to mind.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

And when you are ready,

See if you can imagine yourself standing in front of a large,

Beautiful mirror.

As you look into the mirror,

You see your reflection and begin to notice all the things you like and appreciate about yourself.

You see yourself as strong,

Capable,

And someone who has the power to make decisions and trust themselves.

Focus on these genuinely positive qualities and allow yourself to feel proud of what you are and where you're going.

Repeat affirmations to yourself,

Such as,

I am confident in my abilities,

Or I trust myself to make the right decisions for me.

Take a moment to reflect on a time when you trusted yourself and made a decision that felt right.

Remember how that felt and allow those feelings of confidence and trust to fill your body.

Now imagine a situation where you may be struggling to trust yourself.

See yourself in this situation.

But this time,

Instead of feeling unsure or overwhelmed,

Allow yourself to trust your instincts and make a decision based on your own values and beliefs.

Feel the sense of empowerment that comes with trusting yourself and notice how it affects your thoughts and emotions.

You can repeat this visualization in other situations,

Allowing yourself to trust what you are capable of in each one.

When you are ready,

Take a deep breath in and out.

Slowly opening your eyes,

Refocusing your gaze to the space you're in.

Remember that you are strong,

Capable and worthy of trust.
