Christopher Sanderson

Christopher began meditating in the late 1970's, so he has over fifty years of practice to draw upon. He began with the Beatles favourite meditator Maharishi and signed up with Transcendental Meditation TM for his very own Mantra. In the early days meditation was A methodology to improve attention, focus and concentration which helped Christopher to be more successful at work. After TM Christopher sought more spiritual forms of meditation, first with Kadampa meditation and then with Plum Village and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hahn, in this space Christopher became more reflective and sought to help others, he qualified with the British School of Meditation as a teacher of meditation and now hopes to spread the beautiful words of mindfulness.
