Life is less about where you are going and more about who you become along the way.

So let's begin by closing down your eyes and settling in.
Perhaps you just awoke and are still lying in bed,
Beginning a new day.
Or maybe you find yourself at the end of one.
Take a deep breath in and exhale as your body and mind connect.
To let any thoughts or emotions pass through you with the breath.
Feeling the air flowing down deep into your toes.
As you feel the rush of air flow back the other way.
Slowly inhale and slowly exhale.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
So for now,
You can just be here.
I invite you to ground your feet and to feel the way the earth supports you.
Noticing how it's secure and stable.
Feeling how it could hold just about anything.
Notice the breath.
Is it gentle and steady?
Relax your facial muscles and release the weight of today.
Your soul softly tells you when something is not right for you.
Relationships,
Habits,
Careers,
Friendships,
Places.
It gradually gets louder and louder until you can't help but listen.
Your soul is always being guided to the places and spaces meant for you.
And when you learn to listen to the gentle whispers,
You also learn to avoid the painful resistance and the lessons soften.
I invite you here to count to 10 slowly.
And as you reach 10,
Take your longest and deepest breath of the day.
And exhale.
I ask you here to scan your heart and your mind with your intuition.
To bring forward and gain clarity on one thing that you are ready to let go of.
Take a deep breath in.
And really feel into what was just presented for you.
A person or relationship,
A habit,
A fear,
Or an old belief.
Whatever came forward for you just now.
Know that it was intentional and on purpose.
And that things only bubble to the surface when we are ready to let them go.
There are no coincidences or accidents here.
And if there was nothing for you,
I ask that you have patience while you wait.
Because the universe supports you in ways you cannot see.
Just like the same ground supporting you beneath your feet.
Once you decide you are ready and worthy of a different kind of life,
Don't be surprised when everything standing in your way starts to fall apart.
The breakthroughs are always in the breakdowns.
We complete this practice today with three intentional breaths.
Breathing in new beginnings.
And exhale the past.
Breathe in self-approval.
And exhale doubts.
Breathe in clarity.
And exhale confusion.
You are ready.
