So getting yourselves settled into your space.
Taking a nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And every time you take an exhale,
Consciously releasing and relaxing.
Starting to bring your attention towards the area of your heart.
And as you continue to breathe,
Shifting your awareness to your heart.
And imagining breathing into and out from your heart.
As we slow down the breath,
Start to regulate and consciously start to make your out-breath match your in-breath in length.
And as we do this,
Gradually coming into heart coherence.
Focusing our attention on the heart.
And regulating the inhale and the exhale.
Bringing feelings of appreciation and care.
And from this relaxed and centered space,
Let us call on our intention for the day.
Let us decide,
Right here,
How we want our day to be.
How do you want to feel today?
Imagine getting ready for bed tonight and looking back on the day.
That was a really great day.
So if we roll back to the morning of that great day,
You've started it fantastically by showing up.
What do you need to do next to make sure that this continues to be a wonderful and beautiful day?
Knowing in advance it's going to turn out perfectly.
What actions will you take?
What habits will you make sure you carry out?
What conflicts or triggers are you definitely going to avoid?
So take a moment and start from right after this session.
Walk through your day.
Making it special.
Making it full of all the emotions you want to feel today.
Visualize everything working out for your highest good.
And as you visualize your day,
I will send beautiful positive energy into the path that you will walk today.
Continuing to breathe into and out from your heart effortlessly.
Keeping those emotions of appreciation and care as you walk through your ideal day.
And if any challenges you know are on the day ahead,
Just send them some love.
Repeat your mantra,
Everything is working out for my highest good.
I trust that the universe has my back.
Breathing into and out from the heart.
Feeling that appreciation.
Gratitude.
And if you can expand it to self love.
And now let that love radiate from your heart.
Let some of it come up into your shoulders and neck.
Into your face and head.
Feeling gratitude for all those parts of your body that function so well.
Sending some appreciation and gratitude down your arms,
Into your hands.
Your creative centers.
Feeling grateful for all those parts of your body.
And from your heart downwards into your torso.
Spreading that love,
Appreciation,
Care around all of your organs.
Visualize little rays of light,
Of love emanating from your heart and going into all your organs.
Healing love.
And allow those feelings to go down into your hips,
Down your legs,
Right down into your feet.
So now as you notice breathing into and out from your heart,
Everything is radiating right around your body.
You are a ball of self love,
Self appreciation,
Self compassion,
Self acceptance.
Allowing it all around your body.
This pulse of positivity that starts with your heart is creating a space right around your body.
Feel it pulse.
All of the appreciation,
The care,
The love.
All of the good stuff.
Making a beautiful field around your body.
An electromagnetic field that spreads out from your body.
Affecting everybody you come in contact with today in a positive way.
Your positivity,
Your love,
Your light is going to affect everybody you come in contact with.
Your electrical fields are starting to touch each other.
Reinforcing,
Strengthening,
Holding space for each other.
Sending loving kindness to each other.
And just before we finish up I want you to notice the space around you.
Visualize that field that you have created.
But let's just notice the boundary of that.
Notice beautiful pale bluish light all around that boundary.
And that is your protective outer field that won't let any negativity come in,
Come inside your space.
But it will allow all your positivity out to affect everybody else.
And remember every time your heart beats coherently you can replenish yourself.
There's always enough.
Taking a final beautiful deep breath in.
Exhaling.
Coming back into the moment.
Back into the room.
When you're ready opening your eyes and committing to create that beautiful day that you've just created.
