If you apologize this week for being at your limit,
Stop.
You're not weak,
You are overcaring.
This is the version of you who has said sorry for needing support.
Sorry for being tired.
Sorry for saying I can't right now.
This is the version of you who speaks with truth,
Not reactivity,
Not resistance.
Flow with boundaries.
Take a slow inhale through your nose,
And imagine a steady circle around your body.
Not a wall,
A boundary.
Exhaling through the nose or mouth,
Releasing what you've been caring for others.
Again,
Inhale into your core,
Feel your spine rise.
Exhale their expectations,
Their reactions,
The energy.
One more time,
Inhale,
I return to myself.
Exhale,
I release what isn't mine.
Keep the breath,
Let your feet ground into the floor.
When your voice shrinks,
When your light dims,
When you keep the peace at your own expense,
That is not weakness,
It's conditioning.
You learn that saying no made you responsible for other people's discomfort,
So you carried it.
The load,
The smile,
The silence.
But speaking your truth is not defiance,
It's alignment.
And every time you choose again,
You're not being difficult,
You are being true.
Now breathe with me.
Inhale,
I'm centered.
Exhale,
I release over caring.
Inhale,
My core is strong.
Exhale,
I let go of what is not mine.
Inhale,
I choose clarity.
Exhale,
I drop the burden.
Feel how truth lightens the load.
When your body constricts in a boundary crossing moment,
You have a choice.
You can shrink or you can choose again.
Every time you choose again and teach your nervous system that safety and truth can coexist together,
Eventually you won't need this meditation.
You'll feel the constriction and choose clarity on your own.
If this supported you,
It lives inside my release playlist.
Save it,
Return to it whenever you need.
Each time you practice this,
You grow stronger.
Share it with someone who needs permission to stop over caring.
We rise together.
