This less than 3 minute micro practice helps rewire your nervous system to feel safer receiving — whether that’s love, rest, support, or abundance. If you’ve ever felt blocked, anxious, or undeserving when good things come your way, this breath-led moment is here to gently soften that. We’ll use slow, embodied breathing to build safety in your body and open to possibility — not by forcing gratitude, but by allowing space for it. No pressure to feel anything specific. Just breathe, and begin again. Come back to this anytime you feel resistance to receiving — or when you’re ready to invite something new in.

This is your Less Than 3 Minute Guided Meditation.

Sit or lie down comfortably.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

And gently out through your mouth,

Feeling your body land.

Feel the support beneath you,

And whisper inwardly,

I am allowed to arrive.

I am here now.

Now place one hand on your chest,

And the other on your belly.

Feel your breath move beneath your hands,

And tell your system softly,

This is a safe moment.

Nothing is required of me right now.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Let effort go.

Now we begin our coherent breathing,

Inhaling for five,

Exhaling for five.

As you breathe,

Whisper on the inhale,

I soften,

And on the exhale,

I allow.

Again,

I soften,

Exhale,

I allow.

Now as you're gently doing this,

Ask yourself,

What would it feel like in my body if I already live the life I'm moving towards?

Not what it looks like,

What it feels like.

Warmth in the chest,

Ease in the breath,

Spaciousness in the heart.

Let that feeling rise and whisper,

I remember this.

This is familiar.

It's safe to receive.

Now place both hands on your heart and say softly,

I don't chase,

I attune.

What's true for me comes gently.

I am ready.

Breathe in,

And stay here if you like.

This moment is yours.
