This meditation is intentionally music-free — designed for those moments when your system needs stillness without added sound. Some days, silence helps you hear yourself more clearly. Other times, music can gently carry you inward. A version with soft background music is also available in my library — feel free to try both and notice. If you’re overstimulated, distracted, or just need a quick nervous system reset, this practice helps you pause, return to breath, and create space between your thoughts. No guidance beyond the breath. No soundscape. Just quiet — like blue sky between the clouds. Before you move on, just take a moment to notice how you feel — before and after this practice.
