This meditation invites you to turn inward and gently acknowledge the parts of yourself that have long gone unseen, unheard, or unloved. Rather than striving to fix or silence your pain, you're encouraged to sit beside it with presence and compassion. Through simple breath, stillness, and self-recognition, you begin a quiet reunion with the tender, wounded parts within, offering them what the world never did: your own unwavering presence.

Begin by being exactly as you are,

Don't soften your edges,

Don't fix your posture,

Don't reach for calm Don't try and be better than you feel right now,

Just be,

Unfiltered,

Unpolished,

Unrescued This moment doesn't ask you to be a version of yourself that fits neatly into the world's quiet expectations It only asks you to arrive with all the pieces you've been told to hide Yes,

Even the ones that still hurt,

Especially those Take a breath if you can,

Let your breath take you Close your eyes if it feels safe,

If it doesn't just lower your gaze Let the world blur a little,

You've spent enough time looking outward This is a returning Now gently turn toward the place inside you that still aches The part you never bring into rooms with bright lights The memory you press down when someone says you seem so strong The part of you that still cries without sound That still waits for someone to notice You've been carrying it for so long,

You almost forgot it was hurting You've been smiling over it,

Working through it,

Walking around it,

Numbing and naming and narrating it away But what if you didn't?

What if,

Just for this one,

Soft moment,

You stopped abandoning that part of you?

The one no one else held,

The one the world didn't know what to do with,

The one they told you to move on from The one they said was too much,

Too sensitive,

Too broken,

Too loud in its sadness What if you reached out now,

In the quiet,

And touched that hurting part with the gentleness you give to everyone else?

Not to fix it,

Not to silence it,

Just to see it,

To let it exist Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Say silently,

I see you,

I know you're still holding on,

You don't have to hide anymore Let those words settle,

Like rain on dry earth Now imagine this,

That hurting part of you,

Maybe it's small,

Curled up,

Maybe it's shaking,

Maybe it's still is sitting in the corner of your chest,

And for the first time,

You walk towards it,

You sit beside it,

You say nothing at first You just stay,

You don't judge it,

You don't hurry it,

You just let it be what it is,

Because pain,

Unacknowledged,

Does not disappear It waits,

For years sometimes,

For years,

It waits to be held,

So hold it Place one hand on your heart,

If that feels right,

Let this be a small act of reunion,

A gesture of deep seeing Now whisper,

Aloud or in your mind,

I'm sorry no one held you,

I'm sorry I thought you were a problem to fix You are not shameful,

You are not wrong,

You are worthy of being seen,

By me Stay there for a moment,

Not trying to heal,

Not forcing anything open,

Just presence,

And if tears come,

Let them They are not signs of weakness,

They are evidence of something painful finally being touched Maybe this is the start of something,

Not a transformation,

Not a breakthrough,

Just a return A turning inward,

A whisper of reunion,

Between all the parts you've tried to live without What if you didn't exile yourself anymore?

What if you became the one who stayed,

When no one else did?

Not because it's easy,

Not because you have all the answers,

But because there's a quiet kind of love that says even this belongs Inhale slowly and feel the rise in your chest,

Exhale gently and feel the settling Now place both your hands on your heart if it feels safe,

Feel that soft,

Steady rhythm,

That quiet pulse saying you are still here,

You are still whole You are still worthy of tenderness,

And when you open your eyes again do it slowly,

As if re-entering a world you no longer need to perform for A world where you don't have to hide what hurts,

Where your pain is not a flaw,

But a door to something sacred You are the one who stayed,

You are the one who held what no one else did,

And that is everything Namaste

You are truly gifted. Your words stirred me deeply. I am thankful for your guidance through well thought and expressed words. The acknowledgement of "that part" in life that had not been recognized or loved as she needed is powerful. May you be blessed as you bless. Be well.
