I am saying this now, Or hearing this now. There is no separation of time or space between you and me. It's all just now. And now is the place where it, Whatever it is, Is okay. Because it just is. Just is. Anxiety, Worry, Fear is the distance between now and something else. Some feared outcome. Some memory that I don't want to think about, Or that feels bad, Or feels heavy. But here it's okay. So join me here. Just stay here. Just return here. Come back here. The mind wants to go somewhere else. But really there's nowhere else it ever can go. If you want you could take a couple deep breaths. You could let your eyes close. You could let your body relax, Release, And realize that this is it. This is the whole thing. This will always be the whole thing. And always come back here. Thanks for being here with me. You can stay here, Always here. But you could stay literally here with your eyes closed.
