In this meditation,
We will work on affirming beliefs about ourselves,
Beliefs that support us in everyday life to go out into the world and show up as our best self.
Let's begin by making sure you're in a comfortable space,
A place where you feel safe and can relax.
Closing your eyes and allowing yourself to tune inward,
Connecting with the breath,
Beginning to increase the inhale and the exhale,
Allowing the breath to slow down and be intentional.
Scanning now through the body,
Noticing any places of gripping,
Breathing into those places and allowing them to let go.
Remembering as we state these affirmations that it's our thoughts that create reality,
Not reality that creates our thoughts.
You're welcome to repeat what I say or simply allow the listening to settle in inside of yourself.

Noticing how you feel.

Those could be affirmations you should continue focusing on.
