Thank you for joining me today.
Today I'd like to focus on a meditation to bring about the optimal energy of healing and letting go of toxins.
First of all,
Make sure you're in a comfortable space,
A place where you feel fully supported and safe.
And as you settle in,
Closing your eyes if that feels right for you,
Begin to focus on your breath.
Choosing where it is now and then intentionally deepening the inhale and the exhale.
As you do this,
Allowing your body to relax into the support.
Tears fall away from the ears,
Tongue is soft,
Jaw is relaxed,
Eyes are soft,
The belly is soft.
Any places where you might have a habit of gripping your muscles,
Send your breath there and let that part of your body know that there's no tiger chasing you.
It's okay right now to simply relax and feel supported.
Continuing with deep inhales and exhales.
Having the flow of your breath,
I'd like you to first imagine that as you inhale,
This oxygen that's coming into your system is tinted and shaded a color that feels healing,
Loving,
Supportive.
And you can see that color as it comes in through your nose,
Travels to your lungs,
Gets pushed to your heart and pumped out to the rest of your body.
In your mind's eye,
See this happening in your body.
Inhaling,
Healing oxygen,
Healing energy,
Seeing it move to your lungs,
Filling your lungs,
Moving to your heart and getting pumped to the rest of your body.
And as this happens,
You can feel in your system this calm,
This peace,
This relaxing,
Letting go sensation,
This energy of healing that's coming into your body and nourishing every centimeter,
Every square inch,
Every place that oxygen touches,
Healing is touching.
Getting now to this practice,
As you take those long,
Luxurious inhales through the nose,
Visualizing that healing,
I'd like you to take an equally long and luxurious exhale.
And as you exhale,
The reverse is happening,
You're bringing that carbon dioxide back from all over your body,
Back to your lungs.
And as you exhale,
You can see it leaving your body from your nose,
Tinted as an energy of release,
Letting go of things that do not serve you.
Letting go of toxins in your system,
Letting go of negative energy,
Things that hold you down,
Things that cause you pain.
It's leaving again also as a tinted color,
Whatever color suits you best.
So you're here now with the full cycle of inhaling,
Healing,
Positive energy and light and oxygen and exhaling what you can let go of toxins,
Pain,
Negative energy,
Things that you would like to not be in your system.
So staying with this in and out for a few minutes,
Breathing on your own time,
Checking in every once in a while with your body,
Making sure that you're relaxed,
Supported.
The mind is focused.
Noticing,
If you will,
Any places that might need some extra attention.
Intentionally sending more healing oxygen to those spaces and intentionally seeking release of anything that no longer serves you as you exhale from those spaces.

This skill,
Anytime you like and be your own healing,
Calling upon the energy in your body and the energy that exists in the world to bring peace and release.
Allowing this healing to be present in your mind and your spirit as well.
Allowing the wholeness of your being to be touched by this healing light and this light of letting go.
