Welcome. Thank you for joining me today for these affirmations of support. I recommend you use these affirmations in one of two ways. You can close your eyes and repeat the affirmations in your mind while imagining the energy and feel of living and being each affirmation. Or you can use a mirror or your camera phone to look at yourself in the eyes as you repeat out loud or in your mind each affirmation. Please consider trying both methods in order to discover which one feels more powerful for you. Take a moment to tune in to your breath. Breathe in and out through your nose with intention.
