We will be working on affirming beliefs about how we would like to sleep.
Please make sure that you're in a comfortable space,
A place where you feel safe and relaxed.
Beginning to focus inward,
Allowing the breath to become the anchor and the point of focus.
Scanning through the body now,
Noticing any places of tension,
And sending your breath to those spaces,
Encouraging them to relax and let go.
Remembering that our beliefs are a powerful predictor of how we experience the world.
As I guide you through these affirmations,
You can repeat them in your own mind,
Or you can simply listen to my words,
Allowing them to sink in and be present.
If you find you have mental chatter,
Denying the affirmations,
Just let it pass like a cloud,
Remembering that you are the sky and your thoughts are like clouds.
You can acknowledge them and simply let them pass by.
I get all the sleep I need.
I fall asleep with ease.
I stay asleep with ease.
My body and mind are relaxed and ready to sleep.
I embrace sleep and allow it to take over.
My sleep cycle is balanced and regular.
I have no interruptions to my sleep.
While I sleep,
My breath is steady and nourishing.
I sleep peacefully.
I get all the sleep I need.
I fall asleep with ease.
I stay asleep with ease.
My mind and body are relaxed and ready to sleep.
