Begin by finding a comfortable posture and relaxing into the eyes.
Allow this relaxation in the eyes to echo throughout the entire space of the body,
Revealing a simultaneous release from the crown of the head down to the soles of the feet.
Along with revealing a deep sense of relaxation,
Bring forth a quality of stillness.
Stillness that emerges from the recognition of having nowhere else to go and nothing else to do,
Simply being.
And notice,
Is this experience of being fixed in space?
Is this experience of being confined to the narrow space of the skull?
Is this experience of being encased in the body?
Become aware of the space outside of the body.
Is there any trace of being in the space outside of the body?
Can you rest in an awareness that is neither here nor there?
An awareness that's evenly suffused through inner and outer space.
Not trying to imagine this awareness,
Simply resting in the knowing that is already here.
Resting in the awe of spacious awareness.
C venture.
And whenever you're ready,
Transition out of this reflective space.
