Originally created upon the request of the Dalai Lama, CEB program now has a vibrant teaching community.

I've done a few of this fellow's meditations multiple times and I find them very helpful at deepening my practice. I generally prefer less distracting chatter than I find in a lot of guided meditations. This one is about just right for me.

Alan Wallace is one of best Dzogchen exponents around, and leads this meditation very skillfully. The sound quality is excellent. My capacity for sustaining awareness of pure awareness is another thing! There are fleeting moments. I notice how this formal practice has a subtle influence on my relationships with thoughts throughout the day, cultivating less attachment, a greater ability to ‘let go’, perhaps more peace. I’ll keep practicing. Thank you!
