This is a guided, gentle breath session and visualization meditation to transcend physical pain. Working with chronic pain for decades, I have created this three-part strategy to address physical pain with emotional release, breathwork, and divine channeling of healing. Be prepared to come into this lying down and ready to breathe into the belly; in through the nose and out through the mouth. This is a somatic breath and visualization practice. I hope that you use the strategy to get some relief in your physical vessel. We practice the art of transcending and connecting to infinite intelligence, which is always available.
