Welcome to your sacral chakra balance meditation.

My name is Kaylynn and I'll be breathing with you today.

Get comfortable,

Straight back.

We're going to begin with a few deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Breathing into your belly.

Deep breath in and out.

Another deep breath in and out.

One more.

In.

When was the last time you felt emotionally grounded,

Creative,

Desirable,

Energetic?

All of these feelings live in our sacral chakra,

The center of our emotional,

Creative,

And intimate energy.

Today we breathe into the sacral chakra,

Just below our belly button,

And we regulate our energy with passion,

Pleasure,

And sensuality.

Take a deep breath in and ask yourself,

What emotions do I feel right now?

Let's imagine a beautiful orange flower just below our belly button.

It's tightly closed,

But with each breath,

It slowly opens,

Petal by petal.

And the orange flower grows.

We breathe,

Opening the space,

Feeling the flower blossom,

Tuning in to our emotions.

That flower holds our feelings,

Our power.

That flower holds years of unspoken emotions that need to unfurl,

They need to release.

Let's breathe into this area.

This flower represents you.

Full bloom.

Full acceptance.

We are allowed to process and express.

Take a deep breath in and ask yourself,

What do I need to let go of?

Deep breath out.

This orange beautiful flower is fully blossomed,

Each petal radiating with beautiful energy.

Maybe put your hand on your belly,

And a hand on your heart,

And feel the connection.

You have created this connection with breath.

And a deep breath in,

We say some beautiful sacral affirmations.

I am a lovable and desirable being.

I am connected to my creative energy.

I allow joy into my life.

I am comfortable in my body.

My emotions are free flowing and balanced.

Let's take three deep grounding breaths,

Solidifying this new beautiful sacral energy into our body.

A deep breath in and hold,

And let it all out.

Another deep breath in and hold at the top,

And let it all out.

And on our last breath,

We put our hands to our hearts in gratitude.

Thank you,

Sacral chakra,

For being my home of emotions,

My center of my feelings,

And a place for me to be.

One last deep breath in and out,

And when you're ready,

Slowly and gently,

Go back to your body and back to your room,

And open your eyes.

Thank you for breathing with me today.
