Cathy Baumann is a Source Embodiment Guide. She helps people transcend struggle and emotional overwhelm by reconnecting with their Source Consciousness so they can live clear, free, and connected. In 2011, Cathy faced a pivotal moment—a choice between succumbing to a heart attack or embracing a complete life transformation. Choosing the latter, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery, leading to a profound kundalini awakening in 2015. This experience unveiled her eternal nature, dissolving previous identifications with the physical body, mind, and societal roles. Cathy’s diverse background encompasses 3 decades of leadership, teaching yoga, coaching, caregiving, ancient modalities, energy work, parenting, and more. By 2010 she had been on countless medications for physical and mental health conditions, all of which she has been free from for over a decade! She incorporates endless varieties of movement, breathwork, meditation, energy mastery, and the power of presence into her daily life. However, the most potent medicine has been unconditional love, authenticity, humor, and enjoying life to the fullest. Through private heart-to-heart sessions, group events, and digital offerings, Cathy works with individuals worldwide to realize the joy in living everyday life as Creator, and to know and feel the love that they are.
