Hello and welcome to lullaby.

As we begin,

Take a few deep breaths.

If you want,

Give yourself a stretch,

Roll around,

Wiggle and get really comfy.

Maybe you want some extra blankets or pillows.

Make sure that you feel supported and embraced in your surroundings.

One of the most amazing discoveries to have as a human is the realization that we can create any energy we desire.

If you choose,

You can create heavy emotions of sadness,

Grief,

Guilt.

But if you choose,

You can also create energies of love,

Joy,

Safety and embracement.

Simply with your intention,

Your breath and really your consciousness.

We will be doing a lullaby intended to send you off to sleep feeling warm,

Cuddly,

Loved and embraced.

Doesn't that sound nice?

Just like when we were small babies and people cuddled us to sleep,

We're going to create that for ourselves.

So take a deep breath all the way down into your lower belly.

Allow this breath to swirl through your abdomen.

Feel the love in the breath.

And on the exhale,

Let everything go.

Let go of your day,

Your life,

Your whole identity.

Whether it's your job,

Friends,

Family,

Neighbors,

Coworkers,

Money,

Health,

Let it all go.

Let's say,

This day is done and now you're going into your own personal cocoon of love.

Continue to breathe down deep into your belly,

Feeling how your breath draws all the way down into your pelvis.

Let this area be your focus as though you are drinking the love deep into your body.

As you continue with this deep breath,

Let the breath soothe you like a lullaby.

Allow the inhales and exhales to be like a song,

Like a sweet melody that you are singing along with.

You are the singer and you are in the audience.

You are watching,

You are feeling,

You are experiencing from all perceptions.

Let your breath be long,

Slow,

Sweet,

Soft and easy,

Just like a lullaby.

As you inhale,

Really feel the embrace of your breath,

Like a gentle massage,

Embracing you from the inside,

Massaging your organs,

Your belly,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

Your hips.

Let this breath roll through you like a beautiful wave of love,

Like a self massage that you can give yourself anytime.

Let the melody of your breath expand within you naturally.

Feel this song,

This melody expanding,

Growing.

It ebbs and flows.

It fills you until you are overflowing with this sense of love,

Of embracement.

Allow the love of the whole universe to fill you.

The real key here is are you willing to open and receive?

If your answer is yes,

Then drink it in,

Enjoy it,

Wallow in it,

Take down the doors,

Open the windows,

Take off any barbed wire,

Any barriers that were built out of fear and welcome the whole universe,

All that is,

Which truly is only love.

Come it in now to massage and dance with you like an internal lullaby.

The best part about treating yourself to a lullaby with your breath is that you can do this anywhere,

Anytime.

As you simply now just allow the breath to ebb and flow and move all on its own.

Nothing to do here,

But be aware once again of the embrace.

It's a deep inner hug.

It's a deep interconnectedness that really cannot be compared to anything else.

Let go of it.

Allow yourself to be embraced,

To be caressed and to be loved every single day and with every single breath.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Namaste.
