Hello and welcome to I am perfection.
Before we begin,
Just make sure you have a nice quiet perfect comfortable spot where you can ideally lie back close your eyes,
Put some headphones on,
Maybe grab a blanket and most importantly,
Take a few beautiful deep breaths all the way down into your belly and exhaling through your mouth,
Unwinding and decompressing,
Going inward to feel your innate,
Eternal,
Everlasting perfection.
Allow yourself to feel the essence of these words in your body,
Your mind and your formless being as well.
Rather than listening with the mind,
Feel into the perfection within yourself,
Your eternal perfect beingness.
I am perfection.
I could never be anything less.
I am not the body.
The human body is inherently imperfect.
Or you could say the human body is inherently unique.
Whether it's bumps or wrinkles,
Weight,
Etc.
I am not the human body.
I am this timeless,
Formless presence.
I am perfection.
I was never born.
I never die.
I have no parents.
I have no children.
I truly have no family.
Or you could say every particle of creation is my family.
For I am a facet of all that is.
All that is truly is beyond form.
Everything of form,
The body,
The mind,
The planet,
The solar system,
Everything of form,
Eventually leaves.
I am eternal beingness.
I am eternal light,
Pure consciousness.
And I am perfection.
There could be no other way.
I am not the mind.
I am not the thoughts.
In fact,
The thoughts have absolutely nothing to do with me.
Since the body has really nothing to do with who I am,
And the mind and the thoughts and the stories have nothing to do with who I truly am.
What am I?
I am the spaces in between spaces.
I exist everywhere.
Always.
I have always been.
And I always will be just as I am now.
I have nothing to gain,
Nothing to prove,
Nothing to achieve,
And nothing to become.
I am whole.
Right here,
Right now.
I am whole.
I am definitely not the suffering,
The thinking,
The struggling,
Or the judgments of the mind.
I am perfection.
I am pure,
Radiant consciousness.
Consciousness that has no form,
No direction,
No rules,
No bounds,
No barriers.
I am perfection.
Even the ideal of imperfection does not fit here in this state of perfection.
I am the sun,
The moon,
The stars,
The sky.
I am the whole universe.
But technically,
I exist outside of time in the dimension between dimensions,
In the space in between spaces.
I radiate through every particle of creation.
The light that shines through this body permeates every cell,
Every fiber,
Every muscle.
It permeates the walls of every structure in existence.
I am perfection.
And my light permeates not just my body,
But it radiates through every single person on the planet.
The light of my consciousness shines through the entire planet,
Every particle of dirt,
Every leaf,
Every blade of grass.
And this light permeates the entire solar system,
The galaxy,
And the universe.
There's absolutely nothing I would need to do to change myself,
To fix myself,
Or to be different,
To make myself something other than what I've always been.
I am perfection.
I am complete,
Absolute,
Unconditional love.
Although the ego may disagree,
And the mind may have some other beliefs,
I technically love everyone.
I love every human,
Every animal,
Every blade of grass.
I love every particle of creation.
And in this,
I love my physical body.
I love my mind.
I love the fact that I get to experience what it's like to be in a physical form.
Some things are more fun than others,
But you could say I love this whole experience regardless of what the mind says.
I am perfection.
I am pure light.
I am not light versus dark.
I am not light in spite of the dark.
I am the pure light of consciousness in which no darkness technically exists.
I have no dirt.
I have no density.
I have no dust,
No grime,
No evil,
No badness.
Something we will say wrong with me,
And I never have.
I've never done anything wrong.
Although in human form,
I put a few costumes on,
Costumes called belief systems,
Judgments,
Opinions,
Heavy emotional energies,
And the like.
However,
I have always,
Always,
Always been the same sparkling,
Pure,
Clean,
And clear light of consciousness underneath it all.
Technically,
I've never really been underneath it all.
It was part of the creation,
Part of the act,
Of separation.
I always have been,
And I always will be perfection.
Take a few breaths and relax into yourself and feel,
Remember,
Tune into the divine perfection that you are.
Let yourself be washed with these energies of you.
Allow yourself to wallow in the effortlessness here where you need not be anything different.
You need not fix or change.
You need not create or become.
Everything just is as you are in perfection right here,
Right now.
