Good morning,

It's time to awaken your body,

Mind,

And senses,

And bring back all of your light,

Energy,

And consciousness from the dream realms and anywhere you have been scattered off.

As always,

Let's start with a beautiful,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Filling up your lungs fully,

Welcoming this day,

And then exhaling slowly.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Drinking in fresh life force,

Fresh oxygen,

And feeling how it begins to fill your body.

Feel the energy as it grows and begins to circulate through every cell.

Feel every particle of your body starting to awaken,

Communicate,

Energize,

And even feel now how your mind is becoming more awake,

More alert,

And more clear.

Now let's make sure your body is energetically and physically connected and communicating from head to toe,

Ensuring you have one integrated,

Free-flowing unit.

After all,

Your body is simply a vehicle for your essence.

Take a breath into your heart center now.

Most importantly,

Feel the connection with your heart,

This portal to your eternal beingness and endless energy.

Feel your heart beginning to soften and open.

Let it expand through your ribs,

Lungs,

Chest,

And shoulders.

Feel this expansion through your whole torso,

Down your arms and into your hands so it can go into everything that you touch today.

Feel this light continue to amplify and move down your torso into your sacrum,

Lower abdominals,

Pelvis and hips.

Now take a deep breath in on the exhale,

Let it flow all the way down into your legs,

Feet,

And toes.

Feel your body as a whole,

Whole body buzzing,

Moving,

Communicating.

Feel into the trillions of particles awake,

Moving,

And all working for you in your body.

Feel into just how loved and supported you are by every cell,

Every particle.

Now sense how every single cell in your body is in communion with your heart,

Your mind,

And your brain.

Feel how your body is now one integrated facet,

Body,

Mind,

And essence.

Take one last deep breath.

Feel your presence.

Feel the power in your light and allow yourself to move through your day animated by the pure radiance of your heart.
