Gentle Gentle is an easy breathing meditation created to provide the exquisite experience of feeling so incredibly gentle within your body, mind, and world. In this easy flow, we surrender all control and judgment, sinking into the sweet embrace of our breath. Hello and welcome to Gentle Gentle.

Let's begin today as always by taking a nice deep breath in.

Fill up your lungs all the way to the top gently and then releasing all the way out.

Do this at least three times so that you can break energy with the outside world and come into your own gentle cocoon of awareness.

After a few nice deep breaths let's release the control and be gentle with ourselves.

So beginning to allow your breath to flow on its own and feel how gentle the breath can move.

Doesn't matter if it's moving fast or slow.

Just let the breath be whatever it is and be gentle most importantly with yourself however your breath feels,

Your body feels and whatever is happening in your mind.

As you feel this gentle breath simply watching allowing it to be soft and gentle releasing all control,

All opinions and allowing it to flow however it wants to.

Now we're going to do a body scan so let your awareness gently float up and down your body.

Notice if there are any judgments or opinions from the mind and be gentle with yourself and your body.

Bring your awareness to your toes and very gently wiggle your toes feeling the movement,

Feeling gratitude for the movement you have and the connection you have to your toes and then bring your awareness to your fingers gently wiggle your fingers.

Once again feeling gratitude for the gentle movement.

Bring your awareness to your forehead gently release any tension in the muscles from your forehead down through your eyebrows down through your eyelids gently release your eyelids.

Bring your awareness into your eye sockets as though you are looking inward now gently release your focus on the external world and allow your awareness to gently drift inward.

Bring your awareness from inside of your eyes and behind your eyelids gently down through your face letting every muscle soften all the way down through your neck gently through your shoulders and into your chest as you feel your breath gently move allow the inhales and exhales to gently rise and fall and ebb and flow.

Feel each breath coming in as a gentle wave and each exhale releasing gently on its own.

When thoughts arise be gentle with yourself redirect your awareness back to your breath with no judgment and no harshness.

Continue to feel the breath gently swirling in on the inhales and gently releasing on the exhales.

Feel this essence of gentleness all the way through your body like a soothing balm.

Feel how delicate and gentle the breath is with every inhale letting it swirl into your body gently and with every exhale feeling the gentle and effortless release.

Continue to feel your breath staying with this gentle inhale and gentle exhale and if your mind becomes preoccupied you can also bring in the mantra with each inhale and exhale gentle gentle gentle.

Thank you so much for joining me today be gentle with your breath your body your mind and all of yourself.
