Hello and welcome to True Family.
Today we are going to connect with our True Angelic family,
The ones who have always,
Always,
Always been with us from first separation until now.
Even when we couldn't remember them,
Feel them,
Hear them,
See them,
They've always been with us,
Helping to guide and steer and comfort us.
Let's begin as always by taking a nice deep breath all the way down into your belly.
Fill up your belly,
Ribs and chest with a big fresh breath.
And on the exhale just release your day,
Your week,
The outside world.
And let's do that again.
Another breath all the way down into your hips.
Challenge yourself to really fill up those lungs.
And as you exhale,
Releasing even your perception of physical reality.
And let's do it one more time.
Make this the biggest breath yet.
And this time as you exhale,
Sinking,
Relaxing and surrendering into your body and your breath.
Simply feel how your breath starts to ebb and flow and move as you release all effort,
All control and become the watcher.
Bring your awareness into your heart center.
Allow your heart to start opening and opening.
Relax into your heart and feel it soften and open.
Starting to really sense and feel this connection through your heart center.
Bring your awareness up through your neck.
Allow your throat to open and soften.
Bringing your awareness up now through your jaw,
Your head,
Right into your forehead.
Right into the brain chemistry,
Allowing this area to soften and open and activate.
And then right up through the top of your head into your crown.
Our connection with all that is you could say where we can bring in these higher states of consciousness and be more open.
So let's let our crown chakras open,
Open,
Open.
As your awareness is right above your head,
Let's welcome in that pure source consciousness,
Your pure I am presence,
The pure light of consciousness that comes with it.
Let's welcome it and feel it begin to merge down through your skull.
Once again,
Through all of the brain chemistry,
Through your eyes,
Your facial features,
Your cheeks,
Jaw,
Tongue,
All the way down through your throat.
Again,
Feel your throat begin to soften and open and down through your shoulders,
Through your sternum,
Right back into your heart level.
And let's let our heart open and expand.
Just filling up with more of you,
More of this love,
More of this light,
Allow it to fill up swelling,
Expanding,
Opening,
Softening right through your chest.
Feel it right through your ribs,
Your lungs,
All the way through your shoulders,
Filling up your arms and your hands.
And then all the way down through your belly,
Right down through your stomach,
Your solar plexus,
The lower ribs and lungs,
All the way down into your lower abdomen,
Your sacrum.
Let this light fill up every cell all the way down into your hips and feel it merging down through your upper legs,
Your knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Heels,
And the soles of your feet.
Feel your whole body just filling up and bring your awareness now even beyond your body.
Allow this light to expand beyond your body.
It's really your presence,
Letting it expand and fill up the whole room very consciously and being very aware of yourself as the space and the presence,
Filling up the room and even allowing the walls to dissolve and letting yourself expand indefinitely.
Take a moment,
Come back to your breath and allow your awareness to flow and float in your body and beyond feeling yourself as this spacious presence.
We'll be connecting with several different levels of consciousness so you can really feel the difference and become more sensitive with your abilities to feel and sense and connect and commune with your family or with all consciousness really.
So from here let's welcome the angelic realms all around us.
Just welcoming the angelic realms as a whole and take a breath,
Relax back into your body and notice what you sense and feel.
Now let's thank the angelic realms and welcome forth the archangelic realms.
So the archangelic consciousness as a whole welcome it all around you to connect and again simply relaxing into your breath and your body and noticing what you sense.
Now we will thank the archangelic realms,
Bid them adieu although they never truly leave and we will welcome forth the ascended host realms as a whole welcoming this group of consciousness this group of beings all around to connect with you relaxing once again and simply staying in your awareness.
Okay,
Let's thank the ascended hosts for playing with us today and last but definitely not least we will welcome forth the ones who are closest to you although we eventually become the guide for even our angelic friends our guidance realms are the ones who are with us on a day-to-day basis very intimately working with us and our physical lives.
So let's welcome our guidance realms all around and ask them to really connect with us so we can feel and sense them more than ever.
Take a moment and really feel into the fact that you have never ever ever been alone nor could you ever be alone for we are probably you could say more in the light realms than we're actually even here in the physical.
So let's just have a breath or two of gratitude for how loved and embraced and supported we all are.
And now with that gratitude in your heart let's just go ahead and remind our families hey guys take care of everything you watch over the house the bills the family the car the relationships I welcome you into my life because I know you are completely benevolent and I welcome you to just look over everything for me help to steer and guide my life as a whole and we will dance together every day.
