Hello and welcome to Good Morning.

We are going to start our day together so that we can recollect all of the facets,

All of the energy that was gone during our sleep state and come fully into our body,

Connecting the whole body from head to toe,

Left,

Right,

Up,

Down and center and also coming into full conscious awareness and connectedness with our body.

Find a comfortable and quiet seat where you can tune inward and relax your body.

We'll start by taking a few deep breaths and this morning really challenge yourself to breathe deeply.

Let's make these breaths more active.

So breathing all the way down into your belly,

Filling up your lungs from the bottom to the top and then exhaling through your mouth just ah and do this several more times.

Really get the energy moving,

Breathing all the way down into your belly,

Filling all the way up and then just ah.

As you release,

Let your shoulders relax,

Jaw relax,

Feel the weight of your hips in your chair,

Feel the weight of your feet and your legs and keep breathing.

Keep this breath flowing to bring oxygen into your brain and the cells of your body.

Let your breath begin to settle now,

Breathing in and out through your nose,

Connecting deep in your belly.

Start drawing some nice deep breaths all the way in and exhaling,

Feeling the breath move all the way out.

Follow your breath all the way in until your lungs are fully expanded and then follow your breath all the way out.

Stay connected to your breath as you bring your awareness into your heart center.

Feel the connection,

The resonance,

That inner connectedness right through your heart center.

Allow your heart to start to open,

Soften,

Activate,

Amplify and expand and feel it filling up,

Filling up really with you and welcome all of yourself back from your dream state,

Even from your waking states where you will say have been out in the past,

In the future.

Welcome all of yourself back right through your heart center,

Right here,

Right now.

As you allow your heart center to begin to fill up,

Open up,

Filling up,

Perhaps you feel the warmth,

The radiance,

The fullness.

Feel it expand now through your ribs,

Your chest,

Filling up.

Allow it to expand up through your throat and down through your solar plexus simultaneously.

Take a deep breath,

Relax into your body as you allow your heart to expand right through your shoulders,

Arms and hands,

Right up through your neck and head and all the way down through your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs and your feet.

Allow this essence,

This energy,

This is-ness,

Your essence,

Your beingness,

Your presence,

Your connectedness to all that is.

Allow it to open up and expand right through your body,

Through every cell,

Every muscle.

Feel it engulf your entire body.

Feel your beingness expanded through your whole body,

Filling the room and feeling that connectedness with every cell in your body simultaneously.

Bring your awareness to the tips of your toes.

Notice how they feel.

The bones in your feet,

The soles of your feet,

Your heels,

Your ankles,

Gently press them into the floor,

Engaging the muscles in your legs.

Press your left foot,

Then your right foot,

Left and right.

And then press both at the same time,

Feeling the engagement through your glutes,

Your core,

All the way back up to your heart.

Feel how it is all connected.

And right up through your shoulders,

Down again through your arms,

Your elbows,

Forearms into your hands.

Feel the tips of your fingers.

Make a fist with your right hand and release,

And then your left hand and release.

Right and left,

Right and left.

And then both at the same time.

Feel this engagement from your hands through your forearms,

Your biceps,

Your shoulders,

And feel that connectedness back into your heart center.

Now as you gently press both feet into the floor and gently squeeze your hands,

Feel how every cell in your body is engaged,

Activated and connected.

Take a breath and release.

Now bring your awareness from your heart back up through your throat,

Right up through your jaw,

Your sinuses,

Your cheekbones,

Your eyes.

Tune into all the little muscles that move your eyes,

Your eyelids,

And right up into your forehead,

The pineal and pituitary gland.

Just feel the center of your forehead right in the center of your physical head opening,

Softening and connecting.

Bring your awareness to the left side,

Your left brain,

And then the right side,

The right brain,

The front,

The frontal lobe,

And then the very back of your head,

The back brain.

Now bring your awareness to your head as a whole,

Really feeling and sensing.

Allow it all to be in your awareness,

One unified,

Merged,

Melded unit,

Letting every cell,

Every fiber communicate all together as one fully merged unit.

Bring your awareness back to your heart.

Once again,

Allow your heart to open and expand.

Just let that awareness expand all the way again through your belly and your throat going up and down and outward engulfing your whole body.

Take a few deep breaths once again,

Welcoming back more of yourself,

More of your light,

Your essence,

Anything that's been given away to the past,

Future,

Other experiences.

Let's bring all of us right here right now.

As you do this,

Take a few gentle,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Be very present and aware,

Yet allow yourself to be effortless for all that's needed here is a few deep breaths and your acute awareness.

Feel that sense of alert awareness in the very real here and now growing and growing.

Now that you are all connected body,

Mind and energy,

Let's anchor in this awareness.

Slowly open your eyes,

Maintaining awareness of your breath.

Once again,

Gently press your feet into the floor.

Bring your hands to heart center.

Press the palms of your hands together and every individual finger.

Feel the engagement of your muscles from your toes all the way up your legs,

Your core,

Your chest and shoulders,

Your arms and hands.

Take a deep breath in and release.

You're ready for your day.

Stay alert,

Stay aware and stay connected to your body.
