Transcript

Today we will be going on a journey to another life.

As time is an illusion,

This could be a past,

Future or parallel life.

Allow your subconscious mind to take you wherever you need to go.

So let's begin.

Closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.

Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times.

Let's begin by taking in three deep,

Relaxing breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you exhale,

Allowing any stress or tension to leave your body.

Now,

As you breathe in and out,

Allow calm and relaxation to shower your head.

Allow any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.

And now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms.

As your hands and fingers relax.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine.

Embracing your back,

Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.

And now allowing this release to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves.

As your feet and toes relax.

Feeling embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.

Now seeing yourself in your sacred space.

Your personal oasis.

A place you can go to at any time for peace,

Relaxation and to connect with your inner self.

Notice how this place feels today and become aware of anything that draws your attention.

As you continue to look around,

You see a shimmering pathway ahead of you.

You begin to walk down the path and it leads you to a sacred train station.

This train station has the ability to take you to another life.

Today you see the sign saying,

Journey to another life.

You step onto the platform and it doesn't take long for you to hear the sound of the train in the distance coming closer.

You look towards the sound and see movement.

You watch as the train comes closer,

Tooting its horn as it comes to a slow stop at the platform.

You notice that you are the only one here.

This is your sacred journey and knowing that everything that is about to be shown to you is for the highest good.

You take a deep breath and step onto the train.

You find a comfortable seat next to the window.

You are the only one on board and this feels comforting and safe.

The train toots again before slowly picking up speed.

You look out the window at the world going by.

Buildings,

Trees,

Grassland and then you notice that the landscape begins to change.

There is no longer a landscape you can recognize and instead there are flashes of bright colors whirling past as the train picks up even more speed.

You take a moment to reflect upon what it is you would like to learn from today's journey as you continue to watch the bright colors through the window swirling by.

You see a tunnel up ahead and you know that on the other side of this tunnel is your destination.

As the train enters the tunnel things become dark,

But through the darkness you can still see pockets of light and color.

It feels magical and sacred.

Suddenly there is a big flash of light and you realize you are on the other side of the tunnel.

The train pulls up at the station stop and you look outside the window.

Become aware of what you see.

You get up from the seat and walk towards the door.

As you step out of the train you transform into this life.

You intuitively know who you are.

Notice what you are wearing,

What time period you are in,

And where you are.

Knowing that you are here to gain insight,

Watch as you are taken to a pivotal time in this lifetime.

Allow the events to play out with the knowledge and awareness that you can ask any questions you wish.

Now that you have allowed the events to play out,

Fast forward to the end of this life.

Knowing you are safe and this is an opportunity for learning and growth,

You feel comfortable allowing this scene to play out.

However,

If you feel it is too traumatic,

Allow yourself to float out of the body and view these events from the third person perspective.

As this scene comes to an end,

You see yourself floating upwards into a beautiful sacred space that is the interlife.

You are met with your guides and spiritual advisors who help you to understand why you were shown this life.

Spend a few moments dialoguing with them,

Asking as many questions as you wish and listening to their response.

Now,

Visualize a soft golden healing light descending upon this past life.

It flows through you,

Healing and balancing all aspects of you.

Breathe deeply,

Allowing this healing energy to transform and heal.

You are free to choose how you wish to allow this life to influence your current life.

You may wish to release pain and destructive patterns.

You may wish to embrace strengths and empowering patterns.

Take a moment to reflect and integrate.

Feeling healed and empowered,

You know it's time to return.

You take yourself back down to your sacred space and take a moment to recalibrate to this new,

Empowered you.

Allowing yourself to ground and deeply connect to the earth,

Saying to yourself I allow this current life to unfold for the highest good possible.

I embrace all parts of me.

And now,

Feeling free and empowered,

You bring your awareness back into the room you're in and back into your body.

Slowly stretching as you take in three deep,

Grounding and awakening breaths.

Wiggling your fingers and toes and opening your eyes when you feel ready.
