Transcript

Closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.

Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times.

Begin by taking in three deep,

Relaxing breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you exhale,

Allowing any stress or tension to leave your body.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

Allowing calm and relaxation to shower your head.

Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.

Now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as your hands and fingers relax.

As you continue to breathe in and out,

Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine.

Embracing your back,

Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.

And now allowing this release to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves.

As your feet and toes relax.

Feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.

Now seeing yourself in your special place,

A garden,

A beach or another sacred space that feels special for you.

This is your personal sacred oasis.

A place you can go to at any time for peace,

Relaxation and to connect with your inner self.

Noticing how this space feels today and becoming aware of anything that draws your attention.

Today we are off to the heart of your forest.

You see your forest off in the distance and you walk along your path towards it.

As you do,

You take in the beauty of your forest,

Noticing anything that draws your attention.

You finally arrive at the entry of your forest.

You feel safe and secure as you walk along a path that has opened up between the trees just for you.

You look around in awe at the beauty of your forest.

The trees are tall and as old as time.

There are creatures peeping their heads around the plants and trunks,

Curious to watch as you walk down the path.

You listen to the crunch underfoot as you walk on the broken tree branches and fallen leaves.

This whole experience is nurturing and you notice that there is a soft green light just ahead.

You reach the area of this light and notice there is an opening amongst the trees.

There is a cut tree trunk for you to sit on and you make your way over to it.

You sit down and you watch as a drama plays out in front of you with actors or characters you are familiar with.

This drama is a part of your psyche that needs to be healed.

I will leave you here now for a few moments as you watch the drama play out.

As the scene ends,

You know through your infinite wisdom how to heal this drama.

You share your wisdom with the characters and watch as this new wisdom is integrated,

Healing the drama.

Feeling an immense sense of love in your heart for this beautiful gift of understanding and healing,

You thank your forest for this lesson today.

You stand up and you walk back to the path that takes you through the forest.

I will give you some time now to explore your forest,

Noticing any changes with this healing,

And becoming aware and connecting with the wisdom of the ancient trees,

As well as the curiosity of the creatures poking their heads around the corners.

You eventually return to your path on the outskirts of your forest and there you notice there is a gift waiting for you.

You pick up your gift and if it's a box you open it.

You walk down your path towards your sacred space,

Leaving the forest behind you,

And then spending a few moments in your sacred space,

Becoming aware of any changes with this new healing.

And then slowly bringing your awareness back into the room you are in and back into your body,

Slowly stretching as you take in three deep grounding and awakening breaths,

In through your nose and out through your mouth,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes when you're ready.
