In this meditation, I help you reconnect with your own self-worth through various "I Am" statements. After the meditation, it is beneficial to acknowledge how each "I Am" statement felt, and possibly journal your experience for your own records.

Here is a powerful meditation to help you reconnect with yourself through I am statements.

So closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.

Begin by taking in three deep,

Relaxing breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you exhale,

Imagining any tension or stress leaving your body.

And as you continue to breathe in and out,

Feeling calm and relaxation showering your head.

Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.

And now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as your hands and fingers relax.

Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,

Embracing your back,

Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.

And now feeling this release,

Removing any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.

Feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.

Now placing your attention and your hand on your heart.

Imagine you are breathing into your heart and out of your heart.

And as your heart fills with this fresh breath,

Allowing your body to relax even further.

Continue to breathe into your heart,

Allowing the fresh air in and as you breathe out,

Allowing any old feelings to release from your body.

Remember,

You are perfect exactly as you are.

Say to yourself,

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am loved.

I am wise.

I am lovable.

I am creative.

I am calm.

I am successful.

I am a good person.

I am likeable.

I am perfect.

I am giving.

I am loyal to myself.

I am motivated.

I am real.

I am authentic.

I am positive.

I am happy.

I am awesome.

I am unique.

I am amazing.

I am friendly.

I am open to new experiences.

I am intelligent.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am me.

Noticing how your body feels.

Gently bringing yourself back into the room where you're in and back into your body.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And opening your eyes.

Spend a few moments with your thoughts and your feelings.

Maybe even spend some time journaling your awarenesses on the different I am statements.
