Preparing for success with heart,
Consider your day ahead,
Consider the situations and interactions that you may have today and consider how you would like to feel throughout these situations and interactions.
Now closing your eyes begin to slow your breath to a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Connecting in with your heart and allowing your heart to breathe.
Breathing into your heart and out of your heart.
Now connect with the feelings you wish to connect with today.
The feeling that you decided you wanted to feel at the start of this meditation.
Bring to mind all the times you have felt this feeling in the past and as you do,
Allow this feeling to grow within your heart.
Now that your heart is filled with this beautiful feeling,
Allow it to radiate out beyond your heart throughout your entire body.
Your torso,
Your arms all the way down to your fingers,
Down to your hips,
Down your legs all the way down to your toes and then upwards through your shoulders and through your head.
Your entire physical body is now connected with this wonderful feeling.
Now allowing this feeling to radiate out beyond your body as you bring to mind the situations and interactions you have today.
Allow this feeling to permeate through these events with ease and success.
Give yourself a few moments to travel through the day taking with you this wonderful feeling and then watch as the day ends and you see yourself smiling at the wonderful productive and successful day you just had and with this in mind you slowly bring your awareness back to your body and the present moment.
This is the start of a glorious day and you gently open your eyes ready to enjoy the day ahead.
