Finding a place where you can relax and not be disturbed.
Let's begin by closing your eyes and starting to slow your breath down to a pace that is comfortable for you.
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
Now on your next in-breath,
Bringing your breath down into your heart space and as you exhale,
Allowing the breath to leave your heart space.
Feel yourself continuing to breathe into your heart and out of your heart.
And as you continue to breathe into your heart and out of your heart,
Visualize a beautiful bubble of energy being created from the energy of your heart.
Knowing now that your heart is a powerful electromagnetic organ and as you breathe in and out,
Your breath is energizing this energy and allowing this bubble now to grow in strength with each breath and now adding any colors or anything else you would like to put in this bubble to strengthen it.
This bubble is a layer of your emotional and energetic protection.
So spending a few moments tuning into this bubble,
Connecting in with the energy and recognizing if it needs anything else.
Fully familiarizing yourself with this energy and now knowing that this energy from your heart is influencing your aura,
Place your awareness on your auric layer.
Visualize your aura as a big,
Beautiful bubble encompassing your entire being,
Allowing the energy from your heart to influence and infiltrate your aura,
Strengthening your aura.
Now visualize bringing your aura close to your body,
Bringing it in so close that it's only an inch away from your body.
Notice how this feels.
Scan your aura with your mind and if there are any tears or holes,
Know that you can heal anything that is going on in your aura with color or intention and now allowing your aura to expand out.
Expand it out as far as you wish.
It could be a few centimeters,
Meters,
The room you're in or beyond the room.
Right now we are playing,
So allow it to expand out and then notice how this feels.
Notice how this feels different to when your aura is close to your body.
Now bringing your aura back in to about an inch from your body and recognizing how this feels.
Now expanding it out again,
Recognizing the differences,
Where your aura is,
Feels in your body and now having a little play with yourself,
Bringing your aura in and out at will,
Recognizing how you feel when the aura is at different sizes.
Now bringing your aura back to a place that is comfortable and optimal for you right now,
Allowing it to sit wherever you wish and knowing going forward that you can expand or contract your aura at will,
Depending on the circumstances and how you're feeling.
Knowing that you have this knowledge and awareness with you always and then when you're ready,
Bringing your awareness back into your physical body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes.
