New chance.
Take a full breath and create space.
Inhale to create space.
And exhale to ground yourself into this new beginning.
This is your moment to rise up into your becoming.
What is possible just for today?
Within your own inner narratives and your own inner chatter,
Or maybe externally through a moment of pause or of perspective,
What is possible today?
There will be moments of shakiness,
Of uncertainty,
Maybe of wanting to hide from what's in front of you.
And yet there is always the possibility that you might bravely turn towards yourself and remember what you can do or say or whisper to your heart.
What is possible just for today?
Breathe a little bit bigger and a little bit brighter and immerse yourself into this reflection of how you'd like to carry yourself through the day or how you'd like to feel today.
Your intention might be a word or to place a hand on your heart or to remember another loved one or to open to the bigger picture of your life.
This new beginning and this new chance,
It will present itself to you over and over and over again.
And you can rise up higher and higher to greet its light.
It's so simple to begin again and to remember what matters again.
