This practice of honest inquiry can be difficult (especially if old triggers or old wounds show up) but is pivotal in order to get clear on what you are ready to change in yourself. A simple mind-training tool - with one word on repeat, 'just for today' - initiates the reprogramming. Use this one word that you have created, in the face of the strong negative response chemicals and in the face of your hardwired patterns. Again and again, return to your word. Change your mind. Shift the patterns. Notice it all. Just for today.
