I'm feeling a new spaciousness in my mind and my heart these days.
It feels quite unfamiliar.
I have to say it feels really good.
This energy is coming from the freshness of moving on.

I am going out on a limb these days sharing with you what comes up in those early morning moments post-meditation as I write in my journal.
And I feel called to just offer it unfiltered.
I want to share with you or actually just continue on with you what I've been exploring in the idea of moving on.
I think this new energy is a result of closing old chapters as I've been talking about in looking forward instead of back.
In letting the past be the past.
In catching myself retelling old stories.
And in redirecting my focus towards the future.
You should try it if you're curious.
If you feel like you've been holding on to excess weight.
Old stuff.
I encourage you to give this a try.
So this is what I'm doing.
It's really simple.
First I named it.
I named the old situation experience story that I felt like I was ready to move on from.
Second I made a commitment to myself to live the day without it.
Without carrying it forward.
And so if I caught myself thinking about it.
Remembering it.
Talking about it.
I simply allowed myself to say move on.
It's time to move on.
These simple practices are really helping and I feel this fresh energy.
A new spaciousness in my mind and my heart.
Yes it's unfamiliar.
It feels light and bright and hopeful.
And I encourage you to explore it.
We have no idea what is waiting for us in our future.
We do know what has happened to us in the past.
And right now I'm exploring.
Leaving the past behind.
Moving on.
Looking forward and opening myself up to new possibilities.
