Welcome,

Radiant Soul.

Tonight we gather under the October New Moon,

A time of deep stillness,

Renewal,

And possibility.

The sky may appear empty,

But the darkness is fertile,

Alive with unseen potential.

The new moon is your reminder that from the void new beginnings are born.

Take a moment to settle into your space.

Perhaps light a candle or place a crystal nearby to honor this sacred night.

Close your eyes.

Take a long,

Slow breath in through the nose,

Hold,

And exhale fully through the mouth.

Do this two more times,

Each breath drawing you deeper into the present moment.

With every exhale,

Release the noise of the day.

Allowing yourself to arrive fully here in stillness and ceremony.

Bring your awareness down to your body.

Feeling the ground beneath you,

Steady,

Supportive,

Unshakable.

Now imagine those roots extending from your feet and your spine,

Reaching down through the soil,

Deeper and deeper,

Until they reach the very heart of the earth.

With each inhale,

Draw nourishment from this connection.

With each exhale,

Allow any heaviness,

Fear,

Or old energy to flow down through those roots,

Where the earth transmutes it into the fertile soil.

You are safe.

You are grounded.

You are held.

Now you shift your awareness upward.

Imagine the night sky above you,

Vast,

Endless,

And dark.

In the center of that stillness rests the October new moon.

Though hidden from sight,

Her energy is powerful.

A magnetic pull invites you inward.

You feel this dark,

Nurturing energy flowing down towards you,

Wrapping around your body like a cloak of safety.

With each inhale,

Breathe in possibility,

Clarity,

And potential.

With each exhale,

Release what no longer aligns.

You are cocooned between the earth below and the moon above,

Grounded,

Open,

And ready.

Before planting new seeds,

The soil of your inner world must be cleared.

What am I ready to release?

What cycles or patterns no longer support my growth?

What fears or doubts can I lay down tonight?

Allow answers to arise naturally.

You don't need to chase them.

Simply notice.

Now visualize gathering all this old energy in your hands.

It appears as dried leaves,

Dust,

Or smoke,

Whatever emerges in your mind.

You offer it to the dark sky of the new moon.

As you watch,

It dissolves,

Disappearing into the void,

Cleared away to make space for what is to come.

Feel the lightness within you.

You are open.

You are now ready.

Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet,

Moonlit garden.

The soil here is rich and dark,

Glowing faintly with possibility.

In your hands,

You hold small luminous seeds,

Each one a symbol of an intention,

A dream,

Or a desire.

And you take a moment here to reflect.

What do I want to create in this next cycle?

What energy do I wish to embody?

What new chapter am I ready to begin?

Trust what comes.

It may be a word,

A feeling,

Or a vision.

Now you gently place your glowing seed into the soil.

With every intention planted,

Whisper gratitude and trust that it will take root.

Cover your seeds with earth and place your hands over the soil,

Blessing their new beginnings,

Feeling the heartbeat of the earth and the quiet energy of the moon joining to nurture your intentions.

Now you place your hands over your heart.

Imagine a soft golden light glowing within your chest.

With each inhale,

This light grows stronger,

Brighter,

Warmer.

With each exhale,

Allow it to flow outward,

Surrounding your body,

Then your garden,

And then rippling across your entire field of energy.

Your seeds are now planted not only in the earth,

But also in your own heart.

They are alive,

Vibrating,

And already beginning to grow.

Repeat silently,

I plant my dreams with love.

I trust them to grow in perfect timing.

Take three deep breaths now,

Breathing in renewal,

Breathing out gratitude.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Returning with the calm certainty that your intentions are already rooted and supported by the cycle of the moon and the wisdom of the earth.

Go forward with faith,

Love,

And trust in your unfolding.

I leave you today with a mantra for this new moon.

I plant the seeds of my intentions and trust them to grow in divine timing.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

As always,

I encourage you to come back to this meditation three days before and three days after the peak of the new moon to maximize and embody that energy as much as you can.

Namaste.
