Less stress,
Less responsibility,
Less chaos,
Less expectations,

In a time where more is better,
Allow less to be your guide,
Allow yourself to be comfortable with less,
Appreciate less.
Take a moment to consider what less means to you.
Consider how less could ease your anxiety.
Now take another moment and think about how you can release more and be okay with less.
