Find comfort in your seat.
A place where you can rest for a moment.
Find the end of your breath.
As it fills your lungs.
Release.
Continue breathing.
Focusing on your breath.
In.
And out.
Whatever thoughts are trying to intrude,
Politely ask them to step aside.
This time is for you.
To be at ease.
To be calm.
To focus on this moment.
So focus.
Not on the thoughts.
Just on your breath.
And even if my voice becomes too much,
Stay focused on your breath.
Your day is starting and likely you're already rushing to what you must do first and after and considering what will be next.
But don't.
Allow yourself to be here,
Right now where your day has just begun.
All is well and peace is here.
The problems,
Concerns,
Issues,
Whatever is fighting for your attention can wait.
The day has only just begun.
Before you rush out,
Enjoy this moment for yourself.
Breathe.
As this meditation comes to an end,
Would you open your eyes?
Don't invite your thoughts back just yet.
Remember this day will be what you make it.
So right now declare it'll be amazing and make it so.
