Before you close your eyes, recite these affirmations. Sleep is near, and it's time to release the worries of the day to allow yourself to have uninterrupted rest. Breathe, take a moment, and allow slumber to find you.

It's time to say goodnight,

The day is over and it's time to take your rest.

Whatever is done is done,

Whatever isn't can wait.

As you allow the thoughts of the day to subside,

Find comfort in a resting position.

Let your muscles ease into place,

Feeling heavy as you close your eyes.

Imagine a deep slumber,

Hours full of rest,

No interruptions or disturbances.

Now take a deep breath in and let it out,

Again draw it in and release.

Imagine for a moment on your own,

Let your breath guide your mind to rest.

Ease is possible,

Sleep is on the horizon,

You can relax.

Listen as I repeat the following affirmations,

Repeating them out loud or in your head.

I am at ease,

I am relaxed,

I am deserving of rest.

I am ready for a peaceful night,

I am falling asleep.

Again once more as your body prepares to sleep.

I am at ease,

I am relaxed,

I am deserving of rest.

I am ready for a peaceful night,

I am falling asleep.

I hope your rest is peaceful and undisturbed,
