Hello my loves,

My name is Chris and welcome back to another guided meditation.

In today's practice we'll go over a breath of renewal.

This practice can be done anytime throughout the year but might be even more beneficial to do throughout the springtime.

This practice is designed to help you connect with the vibrant energy of renewal,

A theme so closely tied to the spirit of spring.

Spring is a time when the earth awakens from its slumber,

When new life begins to sprout and fresh possibilities begin to unfold.

March,

Specifically in the northern hemisphere,

Invites us to honor new beginnings,

Fresh starts and the energy of growth.

Just as the flower begins to bloom,

This practice will help you awaken to your own inner potential,

Inviting new energy while perhaps releasing the old.

So let's get to our practice.

Let's find a comfortable seat,

Either on the floor,

Perhaps sitting or lying down or even in a chair.

You'll gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable and allow your spine to lengthen,

Perhaps standing tall and grounded.

Allow yourself to rest your hands gently on your lap or your knees or anywhere comfortable on your body and begin to bring your awareness to your breath.

Begin to notice your breath,

Any areas where it might be pulling or stuck,

Any areas of tightness,

Just noticing that now,

No right,

No wrong.

I'll invite you to take a slow,

Deep inhale through your nose,

Perhaps feeling the cool,

Crisp air as it fills your lungs.

And as you release the breath,

Perhaps slowly through the mouth,

Feel your body relax with that exhale,

Like the soft sigh of the earth after the long winter.

We'll do that two more times.

Deep breath in,

Allow yourself to settle in this moment,

Letting go of anything outside this space.

And then exhale,

And then with each exhale,

Feel the weight of your day drift away,

Leaving only peace and presence.

One more time,

Deep breath in,

And then deep breath out.

Continue to breathe deeply here.

Now,

Let's begin to connect with the theme of renewal,

Just like the earth coming back to life.

Maybe you can imagine the earth beneath you,

Warm and nurturing.

Perhaps you visualize the ground awakening as soft tendrils of new life pushing through the soil,

Start to reach for the sunlight.

You can picture delicate flowers starting to open,

Their petals unfurling.

As they reveal their vibrant colors to the world,

You feel the warmth of the sun beginning to return after the cold months,

Perhaps breathing new energy into the earth and breathing new energy into you.

And on your next inhale,

Perhaps you imagine drawing in the fresh,

Invigorating energy of spring as you feel this cool,

Refreshing air fill your lungs,

Revitalizing every cell in your body.

And as you exhale,

Try to release any tension or stagnant energy that might be lingering in your body,

Just as the earth sheds its old layers in preparation for new life.

With each inhale,

You're breathing in the essence of renewal,

The energy of new beginnings,

Of growth and expansion.

And with each exhale,

You continue to let go of what no longer serves you,

Each breath creating space for something fresh and new.

Let your breath guide you deeper into this feeling of renewal.

With each inhale,

Imagine your breath spreading through your body,

Filling every corner with light,

Vitality,

And possibility.

And as you exhale,

Let go of anything that feels heavy,

Such as old beliefs,

Past worries,

Or anything that limits your growth.

Just as the earth renews itself,

Allow your energy to be renewed,

Creating space for new seeds of intention to be planted.

And as you continue to breathe deeply here,

I want you to visualize the gentle rays of the sun shining down through the clouds,

Bathing you in its warm golden light.

Allow yourself to feel the sun's energy filling your body as it spreads warmth and joy throughout.

Maybe you imagine the sunlight nourishing every part of you,

Inviting you to grow,

Expand,

And bloom.

Now here,

With each inhale,

Perhaps you can feel your energy rising,

Just like a flower reaching towards the sun.

And with each exhale,

You can feel yourself even more grounded and rooted into the earth as you open up to the new season of life.

Now take a moment to connect with the season's energy.

Spring is all about growth,

New beginnings,

And possibilities.

What would you like to nurture in your own life?

What seeds of intention would you like to plant and watch grow?

As you continue to breathe here,

I want you to imagine planting those intentions deep within you,

Just like the earth cradles the seeds beneath the soil as it's ready to nourish them with every breath that you take.

Now with the seed planted deep within your own being,

I want you to take a deep breath in,

Bring in all that energy of spring,

The renewal,

The growth,

The new beginnings.

Let it fill every part of you.

And as you exhale,

Give yourself that opportunity to release anything that no longer serves you once more,

Clearing space for the new.

You can do that a few times here.

Whenever you're ready,

You can invite a little movement back into your body.

Perhaps you bring the hands to prayer at heart center.

As you carry the sense of awakening,

The sense of possibility into the rest of your day,

Know that you are ready for the fresh new beginnings that await you.

This power heads down to the great wise teacher that resides in each and every one of us,

Thanking you always truly for coming and sharing this practice.

The God light and everything good inside me bows and honors the God light and everything good inside each and every one of you.

Namaste.

Love you all.
