Hello, my friend! Today we explore & expand our self-compassion through the spoken word. In this 10-minute guided practice, we start with deep exhales, inhales and a self-massage. We continue with self-reflection and asking "What would I say to myself if I were my best friend?" Slipping into the silent mantra journey with the Sanskrit mantra "Aham Dānam" or if the English phrase "I am compassion." We complete our practice with the intention: "I am understanding and kind to myself."
