Oh my goodness! Day three! We are free! Freedom is joy and joy is freedom. We ground in the breath and then we ask ourselves silently “What brings me joy today?“ The Sanskrit mantra for today is “Om Anandam Namah” which translates as “I am the bliss of being.” You can also use “I am bliss.” Remember to chose what serves you best! We complete our meditation with the intention: “I am blessed for being here now.” See you tomorrow for Day 4! Love and light, To your precious

Welcome,

My friends.

It's day three of seven days of meditation under seven minutes and today we fill our cup with joy.

Let's get started.

Let's sit comfortably with our spine up straight,

Our body relaxed,

The feet are flat on the floor,

The palms open to receive,

And we can soften our gaze,

Close our eyes,

And we'll start with a slow breathing through the nose.

Inhale in and follow your breath as it goes through the nostrils,

Then the lungs,

The belly,

And breathe out.

And feel your body,

Your belly relax,

Your lungs relax,

And the warm air through the nostrils come going out.

Breathe in through the nose,

The fresh cooler air in,

Filling your lungs,

Your belly,

And exhale out through the nose,

Relaxing your whole body.

Breathe in,

Lots of joy coming in,

Spreading through every cell of your body,

And breathing out lots and lots of joy,

Allowing it to circulate to every creature,

Every being,

To the whole planet.

Breathe in slowly through the nose,

Smile,

And breathe out slowly through the nose,

Relaxing your body.

Now we'll return to our normal breathing.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We'll start our meditation with the question,

What brings me joy today?

What brings me joy today?

Ask yourself silently a few times,

And listen.

Release the question and any answers that may have come,

And we will continue with the silent repetition of the mantra,

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

It's vaguely translated as I am blessed.

I am blessed.

So choose the phrase that resonates the best with you today.

Know that tomorrow may be different,

And as long as it's effortless and ease,

Use that mantra.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

I am blessed.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

Easily and effortlessly.

At the beginning at the end of the meditation,

You'll hear a soft chime.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

OM ANANDAM NAMA.

Please keep your eyes closed.

If they were closed,

Release the repetition of the mantra.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We will close our meditation today with the intention,

I am blessed for being here now.

I am blessed for being here now.

Repeat it silently to yourself.

Release the intention out to the universe.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As it feels comfortable,

Please open your eyes if they were closed.

And what a wonderful job today my friend.

Please share,

Like,

Subscribe and I'll see you tomorrow.

Namaste.
