Warm welcome, my friend! Honoring the sun, the fire, and the light energies with an oil lamp, we start with a belly breathing. We then explore body awareness by placing our attention in the heart and continue with a few self-reflection questions. Today, we radiate with the Sanskrit mantra "Om Hrīm." We can also choose the English phrase "I radiate." We complete our practice by setting the intention: "I radiate love, compassion, empowerment and melting tenderness." Love and light!

Welcome my friend,

This is Brianna with Brave Avian and today we have a radiant Sun inspired meditation practice and to manifest it I have little a little oil lamp to just manifest the light and the warmth of fire in in my practice and to be my companion along the way so if you have a candle or an oil lamp on feel free to pause the video and and let it light it up place it in a nearby safe location so it can also like guide your meditation and if you're ready and let's sit comfortably with our spine or straight the body is relaxed and the feet are either flat on the floor or in any comfortable position for the next few minutes we can have our palms open to receive today and the gaze are soft or we can close the eyes and we'll start with deep inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth with the sound deep inhale through the nose and I feel out through the mouth with the sound we'll continue with some belly breathing and what that really means is we will first expand our belly as we breathe in then we'll expand the lungs and then we'll exhale out let's give it a try breathe in through the nose expand the belly expand the lungs and exhale out through the nose relax oh the whole body breathe in through the nose expand the belly expand the lungs and breathe out slowly through the nose relax your shoulders your arms your belly breathe in through the nose fill up the belly with air fill up the lungs and exhale out slowly relaxing the stomach the chest the forehead and one last time breathe in through the nose fill up the belly fill up the lungs and exhale out slowly through the nose how slow can you go relax everything breathe in normal through the mouth and breathe out normally through the nose breathe in through the nose breathe out through the nose now place your attention in your heart or what that means is really just to notice your breath in your heart in your chest area where the fourth chakra is the heart chakra which is just an energy center just notice as you breathe in how the chest rises and falls we will now ask ourselves silently a few questions and we'll start with what areas of my life can use a little more light a little warmth little love what area areas of my life can use a little more light warmth compassion and love ask yourself silently a few times listen you you release the question and any answers that may have come breathe in breathe out breathe in breathe out the next question that we will ask is which gifts of the Sun the Sun energy am i grateful for today which gifts of the Sun and its energy am i grateful for today ask yourself silently and listen to whatever comes you release the question and any answers that may have come up breathe into the nose breathe out through the nose breathe in through the nose breathe out through the nose notice your chest as it rises as you breathe in and as it falls when you breathe out we will continue with the mantra on frame you can repeat it out loud or gently transition it to a whisper into a silent repetition see what fits us today and if the Sanskrit is not it is not doing it for you today you can just use the English phrase I ready silently repeating it to yourself I ready I ready if you choose the mantra let's inhale in a little softer now Oh three and now I source for and now you can choose to continue with the silent repetition easily and effortlessly continue with whatever serves you today at the beginning at the end of the meditation you'll hear soft chime you you you please keep your eyes closed release the repetition of the mantra breathe in breathe out breathe in breathe out we'll close our meditation today with setting intention I radiate love compassion empowerment and melting tenderness I already love compassion empowerment and melting tenderness repeat it so I want you to yourself a few times release the intention allow the universe to fulfill it and as always breathe in breathe out breathe in breathe out as it feels comfortable please open your eyes thank you for sharing your meditation and energy with me a wonderful job today if any of the insights came up as we ask all of these questions if you would like to take any of them forward it I have found it helpful writing them out on a piece of paper or a journal and allow the conscious thoughtful process to really help them manifest and heal and transform as they have showed up now in your account on the conscious level you can also combine this practice with day four of seven days of meditation under seven minutes series which is transform or you can also choose any of the self compassion videos in the trio series you can mix and match see what what helps what serves you and know that it can be different every time you use it to meditate so I thank you again awesome job keep it up and like share subscribe and I'll see you next time Namaste
