Welcome my friend,
Happy meditating together.
This is Brianna with Bright Avian and today we have a trustful,
Faithful,
Fearless practice.
Some believe that there is really one feeling and this is love.
We're here because we're loved and everything else is the absence of love.
And when we feel fearful or when we feel that absence,
It really causes us to close up,
To be isolated,
To feel that we're on our own,
To be less of who we really are.
When the truth is that everyone has fears,
Everyone is working with them,
Trying to overcome them,
To become better of who they are.
And this practice is really here to transform the absence into fullness,
Help us remember who we really are.
One of the ancient texts,
Scripture starts with a paragraph saying,
All this is full,
All that is full.
From fullness,
Fullness comes,
When fullness is taken from fullness,
Fullness still remains.
Om shanti shanti shanti.
If this sounds like a beautiful practice,
Let's sit comfortable.
We've got our spine up straight,
The body is relaxed,
The feet are flat on the floor or in any comfortable position.
We have the palms open to receive and we can soften the gaze or close the eyes.
We'll breathe in through the nose deeply and we will exhale through the mouth or nose completely.
Releasing everything out of our lungs,
Of our belly,
Of the airways,
Of everything that holds any stagnant energy.
Everything,
Everything.
Breathe in through the nose and exhale out completely all that is no longer serving us,
Everything,
Everything empty.
Everything,
All,
All that is no longer serving.
Exhale,
Exhale,
Exhale.
Breathe in through the nose and exhale,
Empty your cup,
Empty.
Allow all that is no longer helpful to be released from your body.
Empty,
Empty,
Empty,
All that is no longer helpful.
Breathe in through the nose,
Smile.
It's time to fill the cup now with love.
And as you exhale,
Relax into this comfort feeling,
This warmth,
Love,
Relax into it.
Breathe in with a smile.
Fill up your cup with love,
More love.
And exhale out,
Relax all the muscles,
The joints.
Feel the comfort of love.
And one last time,
Breathe in even more love.
Fill up all,
All your cup with love.
And exhale out completely,
Lots of love radiating out from every cell of your body.
Exhale,
Love.
Breathe in normally,
Breathe out normally,
Breathe in normally,
Breathe out normally.
We will start our meditation today with asking a few questions.
And the first one is,
What is my true nature?
What is my true nature?
Ask yourself silently and listen to whatever comes.
Be open to receive.
Release the question and anything that may have come.
We now ask,
What are the opportunities in this challenge?
What are the opportunities in this very challenge?
Ask yourself silently and listen,
Listen with your heart.
Release the question and any insights that may have come.
And last but not least,
We ask ourselves,
How am I supported right this moment?
How am I supported right this moment?
Ask yourself silently and listen.
Release the question,
Anything that may have come.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
We continue our meditation with the mantra,
Om Tat Sat,
Om Tat Sat,
Om Tat Sat,
Om Tat Sat,
Om Tat Sat.
You can choose to repeat it out loud or silently.
Try either one and see what serves you best today.
It vaguely translates to,
Only goodness really exists,
And if this English phrase helps you today better,
Use that as your anchoring thought.
Only goodness really exists.
Om Tat Sat,
Om Tat Sat,
Om Tat Sat.
Continue the repetition of the mantra easily and effortlessly.
Om Tat Sat,
At the beginning and the end of the meditation you'll hear a soft chime.
Om Tat Sat,
Only goodness really exists.
You can choose to repeat it out loud or silently.
You can choose to repeat it out loud or silently.
You can choose to repeat it out loud or silently.
You can choose to repeat it out loud or silently.
Please keep your eyes closed if they were closed.
Release the repetition of the mantra,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
We will complete our meditation today with setting the intention silently.
I choose to act noble.
I choose to act noble.
Repeat it silently to yourself a few times.
Release the intention,
Allow the universe to manifest it in your life.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
As it feels comfortable,
Please open your eyes.
Thank you for sharing your meditation with me.
What a beautiful work today.
If you would like to combine it with another meditation,
I think the love,
Peace and selfless action is a very good choice.
This meditation is really more of a tactic of dealing with fear and moving into trust.
There is a strategy coming up.
So if you would like more of this type of meditation,
Subscribe.
Share with anyone who may benefit,
Who is working with fear,
Who is working to become more trustful.
And I'll see you next time.
Much love and light to your day and night.
Namaste.
