Hello my friend, In today's 7-minute meditation we start with an even breathing for 5 counts to settle into our meditation. Then we ask ourselves the question "Who am I?". We continue with the Sanskrit mantra "So Hum" which vaguely means "I am That". We close our meditation with the intention: "I am well established in the Eternal Truth, and the Eternal Truth is well established in me." Love and light to your precious Welcome to Day 1 of the 7 days of meditation under 7 minutes series

Hello my friend welcome welcome welcome to the seven days of meditation under seven minutes Today's day one and we breathe So let's sit comfortably with our spine up straight and our body in a relaxed position The feet may be flat on the floor.

The palms may be open or closed Open to receive or facing down to crown with Mother Earth our gaze can be softened or the eyes can be closed or feels comfortable to you and we will Start with the breathing exercise and we'll breathe in for five and we will breathe out for five But first we'll start with the breath for nothing through our nose And then breath out for nothing through our nose and Now we breathe in for five four three two one and exhale five four three two one inhale five four three three two one exhale five four three Two one inhale five four three Two one exhale five four three Two one inhale five four three exhale 5 4 3 2 1 inhale last 4 3 2 1 exhale last 4 3 2 1 Breathe in normally,

Breathe out normally.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We'll start our meditation with the question,

Who am I?

Ask you so silently,

Who am I?

Be open to whatever comes,

Who am I?

Release the question and whatever answer may have come and we'll continue our meditation with silently repeating the mantra so as you inhale and hum as you exhale.

So as you inhale,

Hum as you exhale.

If the Sanskrit mantra doesn't resonate with you today,

You can replace it with its translation in English,

I am.

I am,

I am.

So choose your own adventure and let's continue to silently repeat the mantra.

If you get distracted,

Please easily and effortlessly come back to the mantra.

Continue repeating the mantra.

At the beginning at the end of the meditation,

You'll hear a soft chime.

So hum,

So hum.

Let's continue.

Let's continue.

Please keep your eyes closed if there were any questions.

Release the repetition of the mantra.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

And we will close our meditation today with the intention,

I am well established in the eternal truth and the eternal truth is well established in me.

Repeat it a few times to yourself silently.

I am well established in the eternal truth and the eternal truth is well established in me.

Release the intention out to the universe,

Allow it,

Fulfill it as you feel comfortable and ready.

Please open your eyes.

Well done my friend.

This is day one.

Thank you.
