Welcome to the 7 days of meditation under 7 minutes.
Each of the videos we start with an opening question with some breathing and then we silently repeat a mantra for a little bit and then we close with setting an intention.
I give you variations,
Some of them are in English,
Some of them are in Sanskrit.
I will explain in the video description below what they mean because I'm trying to keep the video short.
I hope when you come back to the video one day you use one set of a mantra and a question and an intention and when you come back to it another day you choose something like the other variation or whatever serves you,
Maybe the same thing over and over again.
So this is the best way to practice listening to our own body,
To our own self and I am absolutely thrilled to be guiding you through this experience.
