Take a few moments.
Begin to settle the physical body.
Relax the shoulders.
Relax the muscles around the eyes.
Relax the jaw.
Relax the hips.
Relax the heaviness of life from the arms and legs.
As you sit in meditation,
Allow yourself to be.
Relax the forehead muscles.
Relax the palms.
There is nothing difficult about meditation.
Only our reluctance to try it.
There is nothing more natural than being still.
There is nothing more beautiful than contemplation of the nature of our shared reality.
Within meditation we explore.
We find our purpose in life.
We receive divine guidance.
This is available to anyone.
It takes a moment to sit.
For the next few moments,
Enjoy sitting.
Enjoy the sound of the waves.
Enjoy the rhythm of the breath.
Enjoy knowing that you are beautiful.
Life is beautiful.
You are created for goodness.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the physical body.
Bring your awareness into the hands,
Fingers,
Toes,
And feet.
Start to move the body.
If you are ready,
Gently blink the eyes open.
Take a look around.
Notice this new perspective.
The gift of our meditation practice.
You get to see things with a new pair of eyes.
With new awareness.
With new appreciation for all the amazing things that we have been given.
All the amazing things yet to come.
Thank you for sharing your practice.
Until next time.
Thank you.
