Hello,

My name is Brian.

Hi,

My name is Lillia.

And we're going to do a meditation with you today.

Today we're going to work with a mantra.

A mantra is a phrase or a saying or an affirmation.

It's something that means something positive,

Something nice,

Something that's helpful.

So today,

Our mantra is Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu.

Let's try it together.

Ready?

Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu That's right.

Let's try to say it all together.

Repeat after us.

Ready?

Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Now,

Before we begin to meditate,

Let's discuss what this means.

This phrase means,

May all beings everywhere be happy and free.

And may my thoughts and my words and the things I do,

My actions,

Help contribute to the happiness and freedom of all people,

All beings,

All living things everywhere.

What do you think,

Lillia?

Is that a good thing?

Yeah.

I think so too.

It's nice if everyone can feel happy and free.

And if we can help others to feel happy and free,

That makes us feel happy and free.

So,

Let's sit for a few moments and think about these ideas.

And maybe even repeat that mantra out loud or silently.

And we'll meet in just a few moments together.

Let's find a comfortable position.

And then close the eyes.

That's right.

Close the eyes.

And this is our meditation.

Welcome,

Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Welcome,

Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Welcome,

Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Welcome,

Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Welcome,

Samasta Sukino Bhavantu Now let's start to bring our attention back.

And if the eyes were closed,

Open the eyes.

The mantra we use today is Loka Samasta Sukino Bhavantu.

Thank you for being here with us today.

Thank you for meditating.

Bye bye.

Bye.

Me and my daughter loved it . It’s nice to learn new words in another language. Especially in the service of well being for all beings. Thank you for bringing your children into the practice. Make more like this. Be well. Be light. Be love. Thanks
