Welcome to this soul clarifying meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable seat.
Sit upright,
Tall and alert,
Whether you're in a chair or sitting on a cushion.
Take three deep breaths in,
Long exhales out.
As you allow yourself to settle in,
Releasing the day's activities and finding presence within yourself.
Let your body feel heavy against your seat.
Let go of all doing and settle into being.
Observe your breath flowing in and out without any effort.
Cool air in,
Warm air out,
Its own rhythm and pace.
Allow thoughts to just move through the mind like clouds passing in the sky.
Observe,
Detach,
No concern,
No judgments.
Drop your awareness down into your heart.
Feel your heart supported by your body,
By the earth,
By the universe.
You are one with the world around you.
But you are unique.
You're special in your own way.
You have gifts,
You have talents,
Skills that are unique to you.
Allow your heart to begin to show you if you don't already know.
Some of that uniquenesses that resides within you.
You might notice sensation of how these skills,
These talents feel.
You might receive visions if you connect to these gifts of your soul.
Or you may have a sense of knowing what your gifts are.
Notice your whole being as you receive these messages,
These feelings,
These visions,
This knowing of what makes you,
You.
There is nobody out there who's exactly like you,
No one out there that sees the world exactly the same way you see the world.
You have been created with your own gifts,
Talents,
Perceptions,
Experiences,
All of which guide you forward towards your truest purpose.
Try not to overthink this.
Just allow whatever's showing up here,
Now,
Today to be there,
Everything revealed to you in your own divine timing.
Take a few deep breaths as you honour,
Accept and trust yourself in this journey in life.
The inhales reminding you to step up and show up and be your true self.
Your exhales reminding you to surrender,
To let go of control and allow life to unfold.
Feel your whole self and sit here within your whole self for as long as you like.
Thank you for being you.
Namaste.
