This guided relaxation perfect for Savasana will help your mind remain present while your body rests. You will nourish points in your body with mindful breathing, for your energy follows the attention of your mind. Anytime, or after a yoga practice, you can use this guided relaxation to deepen your experience. Lay down in a posture supported by any pillows or blankets to allow your body to find a comfortable stillness. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds and my voice. Enjoy the peacefulness within. This is also a great relaxation practice to use, prior to your meditation practice. It is based on learnings I received at the Himalayan Institute in Honsdale, PA.
