Find a comfortable seat,
A chair or a cushion to sit upon.
Allow your crown to lift up towards the sky and your tailbone ground down into the earth.
Feel the length in your spine.
This is a visualization to connect you with the energies of the full moon.
Close your eyes and begin to connect to the sensation of your breath.
Inhaling and exhaling in your own pace and rhythm.
Now in your mind,
Imagine you're sitting next to a vast ocean under a starry filled night sky.
You hear the sounds of the water against the shoreline.
And you feel the energy of the water in your body.
Across the horizon,
Light begins to emerge and you see a luminous full moon begin to rise over the horizon.
As the moon rises,
You notice sensations begin to ripple through your body as you take in the beauty of this bright full moon.
Her light begins to shine and ripple across the waters.
And onto your body,
You feel the light,
Her energies merging with your body.
You notice feelings of inspiration,
Inner purpose begin to arise within your heart and within your body.
You find yourself leaning into these feelings.
Feeling their essence,
Their pull,
Drawing you forward.
But just as you notice yourself leaning forward,
You have those thoughts,
Those feelings that often arise from your past.
Fears that keep holding you back.
You notice these feelings arising deep within you as well.
And they may take you back just a bit.
You take a moment to acknowledge them,
To notice how they make you feel.
As you connect to these feelings from the past,
And you connect to this bright,
Beautiful moon before you.
You realize how the past has brought you to this moment in your life.
You feel this in your body,
This truth of where you are right now in your life.
And with gratitude,
You now realize this is the time to let the past be the past.
To release these fears that have held you back for too long.
So you can more easily lean into the feelings of purpose and inspiration that are calling to you.
So you take in as many deep inhales.
And with each exhale,
You kindly begin to release these old,
Fearful feelings.
You do this as many times as you need to,
To fully release these feelings from your body now.
Each breath honoring and letting them go.
And slowly the feelings dissipate.
And you feel your body no longer plagued by these feelings,
These fears.
And you turn your awareness back to the luminous full moon above you now.
And you feel her loving support in your body,
In your life.
And as you look within,
You begin to notice your own inner light shining back with her.
The night sky filled with luminosity and the waters of the ocean becoming even more effervescent.
You are connected with your heart,
Your inner truth.
And you know that you can trust yourself to move forward from here,
To follow your intuition and your purpose in life.
You sit before these waters and you take in that feeling of confidence,
Of purpose,
Of trust in yourself.
You notice how this feels.
And you know that now is the time.
You thank the moon for shining this light upon you and helping you to release this past.
So that you can stand tall in your present and lean into your future.
Sit within these energies for as long as you like.

Gently open your eyes.
