
Still Waters Meditation
In this guided visualisation meditation, we use a calming visualization where our entire body is filled with soothing water which ripples with our internal and external sensations and thoughts. This helps us to calm our mind and relax our body by consciously acknowledging the ripples in the water and bringing those ripples back to stillness, creating a sense of centered presence and increased awareness as we find our still center.
